About the Role

We’re partnering with a growing retail/e-commerce company in the Los Angeles metro area that’s hiring a Controller—a high-impact role with a clear path to CFO within ~3-4 years.

As Controller, you’ll own the company’s full accounting function. This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Controller or Accounting Manager in retail/e-commerce who’s ready to step into a leadership role.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all accounting operations, including AR/AP, month-end close, reconciliations, audits, and compliance

• Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function

• Partner cross-functionally with leadership to support business growth

• Ensure financial accuracy, timeliness, and GAAP compliance

• Support HR team with benefits administration as needed

What We’re Looking For

• CPA preferrable

• Strong accounting fundamentals, GAAP knowledge, and financial reporting experience

• NetSuite experience essential

• Proven background in retail/e-commerce accounting

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
